Why buy through you rather than at a large chain such as KSP or Ivory?
The chains are built for volume: a wide shelf, a competitive price and a call centre serving a great many people. That suits a one off purchase. We work like the business's private doctor: we know your network and your equipment, we recommend according to what you really do, we deliver the equipment installed and connected, and we stay your contact after the purchase too. The same importer price, with personal responsibility.
Do store prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown before VAT, as is standard for business-to-business sales. Each product page also shows the price including Israeli VAT (18 percent), so there are no surprises on the invoice.
How do I order from the store?
Pick a product and send us a WhatsApp message at 050-8271299. We confirm availability and the final price, send an invoice, and arrange nationwide delivery or pickup. There is no online checkout, by design. Every order goes through a person who knows the equipment and asks what you actually need.
Why are your prices below market?
Because we buy directly from importers and add a small, fixed margin, with no chain of middlemen. Our business is ongoing IT service, not markup on hardware. That is also why we will tell you what not to buy.
Does the equipment arrive installed and configured?
Yes. A new computer arrives configured, connected to Microsoft 365 or your domain, with the files from your previous machine. Network equipment and printers are installed on site at your office.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every product comes with an official importer warranty in Israel. On top of that, we run our own repair lab with pickup in central Israel, so a fault is handled by us, not by someone else's call center.
How long does delivery take?
Products marked in stock usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. For models quoted on request, we state the exact delivery time in our first reply.
