MO-TECH (hereinafter: "the Company", "we") operates the website mo-tech.co.il and provides managed IT services, information security, IT equipment at importer prices, and AI consulting and implementation for businesses. Your privacy matters to us. This document explains in plain language what information is collected when you use the site, what it is used for and how it is stored.
Using the site constitutes acceptance of this policy. If anything here does not work for you, simply do not submit your details on the site. This policy applies equally to everyone, regardless of gender.
2. What information we collect
We collect only what we need to get back to you and provide service:
- Details you provide voluntarily: Name, phone, email address, company name and the content of your inquiry. Through the contact form, on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Technical information: Anonymous usage data such as browser type, device type and pages viewed, used to improve the site.
- Cookies: Small files that help the site run properly and let us measure performance. You can block them in your browser settings at any time.
You are under no legal obligation to provide us with information. Sharing your details is entirely your choice, but without them we simply cannot get back to you.
3. How the information is used
- Answering inquiries and scheduling IT and security assessments.
- Providing the services you requested and managing our ongoing relationship with you.
- Improving the site, our service and content, based on aggregated, anonymous data.
- Complying with legal requirements, where required.
We do not send marketing communications without your explicit consent, in accordance with the Israeli Communications Law (Section 30A, anti-spam).
4. Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell or rent personal information. Period.
Information will be shared with a third party only in the following cases:
- Infrastructure providers that run the site for us (hosting, usage analytics), and only to the extent needed for operation.
- A requirement under law, a court order or a competent authority.
- Protecting the Company's rights in the event of a legal dispute.

Information security is our profession, and that is how we treat your information too. The site and our systems are protected by accepted, up-to-date measures: encrypted traffic (HTTPS/SSL), access controls, continuous monitoring and backups. Still, in all honesty: no system in the world is 100 percent immune, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
6. Data retention
Personal information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided for, or as required by law. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you have the following rights:
- Access: Ask what information we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion: Ask us to delete the information we hold about you.
- Unsubscribe: Stop all marketing contact, at any time.
